The prices charged for products and services are provided by third parties. ALPONTE is responsible for keeping them up to date and in line with the prices charged on other platforms.
If any error and/or incorrect information is detected, ALPONTE should be contacted for resolution. Discounts and/or offers cannot be combined. Vouchers and/or offers are valid for 12 months.
Reservation and Cancellation Policies
For direct bookings through our website, you pay in full at the time of booking and we have a no-refund policy. We do not issue refunds in cases of cancellation after the booking has been made.

ALPONTE is responsible for, and will be able to demonstrate at any time, compliance with the GDPR.

This policy may be updated from time to time, for example due to changes in relevant legislation. If any material changes are made, customers will be notified by email or by notification on the website.
